download it in five parts kc1.zip kc2.zip kc3.zip kc4.zip and kc5.zip instead.
Note about ifcss.org --- The traffic to ifcss.org is often quite heavy. When this
happens, you may not be able to connect to it. The error message often to say that
the site cannot be found, or
ifcss.org does not exist. This is not so.
